I Stayed one night here overall experience was good . Clean room and tariff is also affordable. 850 m from railway station Easy to travel.
Also they Provide Breakfast in their Premises.

Hotel Sarwan offers excellent connectivity and dedicated service, making it a highly convenient option, particularly for travelers utilizing the Agra Cantt. Railway Station. While the rooms are functional and some amenities are dated, the staff's attentiveness and the in-house dining quality are notable strengths.
1. Location and Accessibility
The hotel's primary advantage is its proximity to Agra Cantt. Railway Station, situated approximately 1 km away. This is easily within walking distance for young and mobile guests.
Transportation: Auto-rickshaws (Totos/Autos) are readily available from the station, typically charging around ₹50 for a dedicated ride.
Road Conditions: The main road is in good condition. Although construction for the Elevated Metro rail line is ongoing, traffic flow remains largely unhindered.
Local Amenities: Basic needs are covered with small grocery shops and restaurants available in the immediate vicinity.
Sightseeing Convenience: We hired a running Toto for a morning trip to the Taj Mahal (around 6:30 AM), including a return journey and a two-hour wait time, which cost ₹350. This arrangement was convenient and reasonably priced.
2. Room and Facilities (3-Bedded AC Room)
We booked a 3-bedded AC room. The room was ordinary but equipped with necessary facilities.
Comfort & Cleanliness: The bed linen, including the bedsheet, pillow covers, and blanket, were found to be clean.
Space: Walking space within the room was minimal, making the area feel somewhat cramped.
Ventilation: The normal ventilation system was subpar, suggesting guests might need to rely on the AC for adequate air circulation.
AC Status: The AC unit was in good working condition, though the remote control was missing.
Bathroom: The bathroom was satisfactory, featuring a geyser, exhaust fan, western commode, jet spray, and mirror.
Water Quality (Local Issue): It is important to note the water in the area is slightly salty. This appears to be a regional issue, not a problem specific to the hotel.
Maintenance Note: We observed small cockroaches inside the room and the wardrobe. Management should address this hygiene concern immediately.
3. Service and Staff Interaction
The service provided by the hotel staff was exceptional, focused on guest satisfaction.
Early Check-in: We arrived three hours before the scheduled check-in time and were accommodated for an extra 25% of the booking amount, which was a reasonable solution for early access.
Staff Attentiveness: The staff and the owner demonstrated excellent customer service, proactively asking multiple times if we required any services or assistance during our stay. The communication from the hotel was consistently good.
4. Dining Experience
The hotel features an in-house restaurant located near the reception area, which is well-decorated and offers both dine-in and in-room dining services.
Food Quality: We found the food quality to be good and thoroughly enjoyed our meals. My parents, in particular, liked the food, which speaks to its home-style appeal.
Conclusion :
Hotel Sarwan is an excellent choice for travelers prioritizing proximity to Agra Cantt. Railway Station and value attentive service. While the rooms are basic and a few maintenance issues need attention (specifically the pest control), the overall stay was comfortable, and the staff's willingness to help greatly enhanced the experience. The good food and convenient travel arrangements for local sights are strong positive points.
